Shipping
For reasons of security purposes, we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card used when placing your order.
Here at Body Shock, Inc. we strive to process and ship out orders the same day. But that is not always the case. Due to the volume of orders we receive it may take up to 24-48 hours to process your order. We currently ship via UPS. We offer UPS Ground, which is the most cost-effective method of shipping. Along with UPS Ground, we offer UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day delivery. These will be a higher charge for these services based on the items order and the ship to location. UPS Next Day means “Next Business Day” so if an order is sent out on a Friday for UPS Next Day, you will not receive until Monday. Which is the next business day. All customers will receive a UPS tracking confirmation email when their order ships.

Returns
Due to the nature of the tattoo and piercing industry we cannot accept returns. This includes body jewelry, tattoo inks, tattoo and piercing needles, etc. If there is an issue with any of the products you have purchased please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issue on a case by case basis:
